The Cowichan Valley St. John Ambulance is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year.
- The Volunteer Adult Brigade has donated 3,700 hour of service last year
- Provides first aid at no charge to nearly 30 events annually
- Trains more than 2,200 individuals annually in first aid and CPR
- Runs a dog therapy program with over 1,600 hours visiting shut-ins and those in care facilities
- Children’s Reading Program
- The Youth Brigade has donated 2,700 hours of volunteer service last year
