Raising the new flag
For those of you who could not make it to our event on March 4th to witness His Honour Lieutenant Governor Steven Point raise our new city flag for the first time, you can now watch it on YouTube.
Thank you to Councillor Michelle Staples who is also a talented film editor. She put this together to the soundtrack of “that’s Why I love This Town.”
You will recall that song as the winner of the Duncan Centennial Song Competition, written and performed by Paul Ruszel.
